This privacy notice has been prepared by mtc | labs (the “Company”), as data controller, to inform you about the processing of the personal data you share with us through the mtclabs.com.tr website and our communication channels, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).
1. Personal data we process
When you contact us through the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp, we may process your full name, company name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and the content of your message, as well as transaction security data such as your IP address and browser information generated when you visit our website.
2. Purposes of processing
- Evaluating your requests and questions and getting back to you
- Scheduling introductory meetings and preparing service proposals
- Carrying out pre-contractual and contractual processes
- Ensuring the security of the website and meeting legal obligations
3. Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of KVKK: where it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, where it is necessary for the data controller to fulfil a legal obligation, where it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed, and, where required, on the basis of your explicit consent.
4. Transfers
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to the suppliers from whom we obtain hosting, email and business software services, and to authorised public institutions upon request. Some of these service providers may have servers located abroad; in that case, transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of KVKK.
5. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected by automated or partly automated means through the forms on our website and electronic channels such as email, phone, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
6. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and its deletion or destruction; to object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
